Job Brief:
SD Sparkle is seeking energetic and detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team in San Diego! You'll help keep homes, offices, and Airbnbs spotless while working in a supportive, woman-owned business with flexible weekday hours and real opportunities for growth.
Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
Perform dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and surface disinfecting
Restock basic supplies and organize areas when requested
Travel between job sites (alone or with a team)
Communicate respectfully and professionally with clients
Skills Required:
Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done
Ability to follow cleaning protocols and checklists
Excellent time management and communication skills
Customer service mindset — polite, respectful, and reliable
E in cleaning, hospitality, or home care is a plus (but not required)
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Must pass a background check
