We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Warp Knitting Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Operate and maintain sewing machines, machining tools, and other production equipment.
• Fabricate components as per specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Handle materials efficiently within the warehouse setting, including packaging finished goods for shipment.
• Utilize forklift equipment for moving materials safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warp Knitting Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Karl Mayer Equipment experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Familiarity with screen printing processes is a plus.
• Experience in quality inspection techniques to ensure product integrity.
• Ability to handle materials safely, including lifting and moving items as required.
• Proficient in operating forklifts; certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
