**le: Technician** **Job Description** A technician specializing in caulking will be responsible for sealing joints, seams, and gaps in various structures, including buildings and ships, to ensure they are watertight and airtight. This role involves applying sealants to prevent leaks, enhance insulation, and ensure the structure's durability and longevity. **Responsibilities** + Seal joints, seams, and gaps in structures to prevent leaks. + Apply sealants to improve insulation and durability. + Ensure structures are both watertight and airtight. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in caulking. + Experience in glazing. + construction and waterproofing. + Ability to perform installations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with glazing and finishing carpentry. **Work Environment** Work within a semiconductor facility environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coppell, TX. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
