SENIOR DETAILING PROJECT MANAGER

Lead complex projects. Shape the workflow. Be the go-to expert.

A well-established, growing PEMB company is looking for a seasoned Senior Detailer/Project Manager to oversee detailing workflows and ensure complex building projects stay on track. This is a key role where you’ll blend hands-on MBS detailing with coordination across design, production, and client-facing teams.

This opportunity is open due to a planned retirement, and the ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of PEMB detailing experience and strong MBS proficiency . You'll guide internal detailers, manage schedules, and make sure every drawing is accurate and on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Use MBS to generate shop drawings for complex steel buildings
• Coordinate workflow and timelines across teams
• Manage multiple projects from detailing through fabrication
• Mentor detailers and ensure standards are upheld
• Communicate directly with clients, engineers, and vendors

Ideal Fit:

• 5+ years of PEMB detailing (with MBS a must)
• Project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read architectural/structural drawings and keep multiple jobs moving
• Experience with complex PEMB systems (hip/valley, mezzanines, etc.)

Location: Preference for in-office, but 100% remote will be considered for the right candidate.
