Job Title: SQL Database Administrator
Location: Brunswick, Georgia (onsite)
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $58.00/HR - $69.00/HR on W2
Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Role Objective:
We are currently seeking a SQL Database Administrator who will support the data backbone behind the training, security, and operational systems for a long term government contract supporting the Department of Homeland Security in Brunswick, Georgia.

Responsibilities:

Design and administer Microsoft SQL Server environments.
Ensure database availability, performance, and integrity.
Implement backup and recovery strategies.
Support modernization and performance optimization initiatives.
Coordinate with application and systems teams.

Education and Years of Experience:

5+ years SQL Server hands-on experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related field (advanced degree preferred) OR equivalent experience
SQL Server 2012 experience
Design & implementation experience in SQL Server 2012
