What You'll Be Doing:

Shape Business Success: Directly influence the profitability and growth of our commercial trucking insurance portfolio.
Become a Risk Expert: Underwrite policies, determine pricing, and rate endorsements with autonomy.
Build Strong Partnerships: Become a trusted advisor to agents and insureds through exceptional relationship-building.
Learn and Grow: Participate in a comprehensive training program, including one-on-one mentoring, classroom instruction, and self-study.
Work Hybrid: Enjoy a flexible hybrid work schedule, spending three days in our Bloomington, IN office and two days working remotely.
What You'll Bring:

Experience in sales, relationship-building, or insurance is a plus, but not required!
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze risk.
The ability to identify customer needs and promote our products and services.
