Rotational Travel Nanny

Days: Monday-Sunday (It would be rotational, roughly two weeks on, two weeks off. Winter four weeks on, four weeks off, requires travel to Wyoming).

Schedule: September 22 - October 5, October 20 - November 2, November 17 - December 14 (Jackson), January 12 - February 8 (Jackson), March 9 - March 22, March 2026+ TBD.

Hours: 7:00 AM-8:00 PM.

Salary Rate: $40 - $45 per hour.

MUST LIVE IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY.

A White Plains, NY family is seeking an experienced rotational travel nanny to care for toddler twins and a preschooler while traveling. The nanny will manage daily routines, prepare meals, support developmental milestones, and organize engaging activities. Duties also include maintaining children’s spaces, coordinating safe outings, and traveling frequently with the family domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate is nurturing, adaptable, and experienced with multiple young children.

Duties include:

• Provide full-time care for three children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and healthy development.
• Create and maintain consistent daily routines (feeding, naps, playtime, hygiene).
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks appropriate for toddlers and preschoolers.
• Support developmental milestones for the twins (mobility, speech, motor skills) and preschool readiness for the 3-year-old.
• Organize engaging, age-appropriate educational and creative activities (reading, music, art, sensory play).
• Facilitate social interaction, manners, and early learning for the 3-year-old.
• Manage diapering, potty training (for 3-year-old, if needed), and overall hygiene.
• Coordinate safe outings (parks, classes, playdates).
• Maintain children’s areas, toys, clothing, and supplies in an organized, clean condition.
• Travel with family (domestic and international), providing seamless care in varying environments.
• Collaborate with parents to ensure consistency in routines, discipline, and household values.

Required Qualities:

• Highly flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, time zones, and environments.
• Energetic, with stamina to keep up with toddlers and a preschooler.
• Nurturing, warm, and patient in high-demand situations.
• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with UHNW families.
• Experienced in travel logistics, packing, and maintaining routines while traveling.
• Strong communicator with parents and other household staff.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• CPR and First Aid certified, safety-conscious at all times.
• Creative and engaging, fostering curiosity and learning.
• Team player, able to rotate with other nannies smoothly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ solid years of travel nanny experience with an UHNW.
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Valid US passport.
