We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist/Analyst with experience in insurance follow-up and claims resolution to join our client’s growing healthcare team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the financial success of a leading organization.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Type: Fully Remote | Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $23-$25/hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform insurance follow-up to resolve unpaid or denied claims

• Review and analyze claim denials, rejections, and payment variances

• Communicate with payers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement

• Identify trends and escalate recurring issues for resolution

• Maintain productivity and quality standards in a remote environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing, insurance follow-up, or revenue cycle

• Strong understanding of payer guidelines, EOBs, and denials management

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
