The Recruiting Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, and placement of candidates for both temporary and direct hire opportunities. This role involves managing a team of recruiters, ensuring compliance with client expectations and internal KPIs, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales and delivery teams to achieve business objectives. This position will serve our Northeast region and will be based in Pompton Plains, NJ. Position Responsibilities: •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to meet performance goals and client expectations.•Monitor and ensure recruiter compliance with applicant tracking systems (ATS), documentation, and client-specific protocols.•Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to optimize performance.•Stay informed of labor market trends and industry best practices to ensure competitive hiring strategies.•Assist with client meetings and candidate presentations as needed to support business growth..•Partner with business development and account management teams to understand client needs and workforce planning.•Develop creative sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines across various job disciplines and markets.•Drive full-cycle recruitment strategies for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements.•All other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).•3+ years of experience in a staffing or recruitment agency, with 1+ years in a leadership or management role.•Demonstrated success in temporary and direct hire staffing across multiple industries.•Strong understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms.•Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop recruiting teams.•Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.•Results-driven with a strong focus on candidate experience and client satisfaction.•Excellent oral and written communication skills.•Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities/projects.•Strong problem-solving skills.•Possess working knowledge of Microsoft office applications•Excellent interpersonal relations and ability to effectively build relationships with clients and candidates.•Strong customer service orientation.
