Description Prospect Research Specialist Remote (with occasional onsite meetings in Portland, Maine)

We're looking for a Prospect Research Specialist to power our mission by identifying and qualifying potential donors who can make a meaningful impact. You'll play a key role in building targeted prospect lists, preparing high-quality briefings, and ensuring our donor data is sharp and accurate.
What You’ll Do - Conduct online and print research to uncover high-potential prospects
- Create insightful prospect briefings for our fundraising teams
- Build smart, targeted prospect lists to fuel fundraising success
- Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date donor data
What We’re Looking For - Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Fluency with databases, research tools, and search engines
- Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Strong time management and prioritization skills

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
