The Project Manager - Commercial General Contractor will oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Profile

A successful Project Manager - Commercial General Contractor should have:

  • 2+ years managing ground up commercial or multifamily construction with General Contractor
  • A background in managing commercial construction projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, and safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
