Job Description

Our client is seeking a Freelance Project Manager to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role is required to be USA based and remote but ideally suited for candidates based in New York, for occasional team and client meetings.

This opportunity is with a creatively-led, independent agency that drives impactful creative, design and innovation for their clients. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of strategists and designers, to deliver creative projects and digital experiences that resonate globally.

The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic and organised, with a passion for building strong client relationships, driving project  growth and delivering exceptional creative work. This is a chance to play a pivotal role in shaping meaningful client outcomes while working with a collaborative team.

Essential Requirements: 

• 4+ years of project management experience in creative or design agency.
• Delivering high-impact design and digital projects – design, websites, mobile apps, and campaigns.
• Partnering with creative and strategy leads to ensure alignment between client goals and team deliverables
• Collaborate with the new business team to define project scopes, and create budgets.
• A team player who loves to get involved with kickoffs, stand-ups, creative reviews and deliverables.
• A self starter, working independently but also a strong team player who can multi task across projects 
• Identifying growth opportunities and contributing to account expansion
• Working with the team on project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, and be forward thinking 
• Join a diverse and independent team that values innovation and creativity
• Remote-first, with the ability to travel for key meetings.
• Ideally based in a big city in the USA
