Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking several Product Support Specialists for our client in a fully remote role. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading names in artificial intelligence, supporting innovative products that are shaping the future of technology.

• Location: Remote
• Pay: $75.00/hour
• Shifts Available: Daytime | Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert support for AI products in a high-volume ticketing environment
• Communicate empathetically and clearly with a range of users
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate on resolutions
• Identify trends to improve user experience and reduce contact volume
• Offer insights to strengthen support operations and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume or escalated product support
• Strong problem-solving skills and user empathy
• Excellent written communication with a detail-oriented mindset
• Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Interest in AI and ability to work in a technical setting
