QualDerm Partners is looking for a PRN Medical Assistant to join our team in Crystal, MN. We are dedicated to being the nation's premier source for comprehensive skin and aesthetics wellness, supporting patients' lifetime wellness journeys with unmatched care in dermatology, skin cancer treatment, cosmetics, and plastic surgery.

As a PRN Medical Assistant, you will be a key player in providing high-quality care to our patients on an as-needed basis. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of patients for examinations by taking vital signs and recording medical history.
• Support physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring necessary instruments are available.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for lab analysis.
• Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality are upheld at all times.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage communications effectively.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and skincare practices.
• Ensure examination rooms are clean, organized, and adequately stocked with supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical role.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and dermatological practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for patient and team interactions.
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and office software.

Compensation Range: $20.16 - $26.09 per hour. Final offer will be based on a combination of skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
