Physician Extender Opportunity for Medical Graduates (FMG/IMG/MD/DO)

NEURODIAGNOSTICS MEDICAL PC is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Physician Extender to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. Our practice specializes in Neurology, Physical Medicine, and Orthopedics, and operates across multiple service locations in New York.

Position Details:

• Title: Physician Extender / Medical Graduates
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule:

• Clinic Days: 20 - 24 days per month
• Clinical Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Outpatient setting only

Training and Compensation:

• Mandatory Training: A one-week training phase is required prior to commencing regular duties. Please note that this training period is unpaid.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive salary with an annual increase
• One week of paid time off (PTO) provided throughout the year
• Performance-based quarterly bonuses
• Please note: This position does not currently include health insurance coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate consults and follow-up patients under direct supervision
• Obtain and document comprehensive patient histories, test results, and pertinent clinical information while ensuring strict confidentiality
• Complete all clinical notes accurately on the same day as the patient encounter
• Coordinate daily administrative activities, including the preparation of documentation required by insurance, employers, or educational institutions
• Assist with patient callbacks and contribute to the formulation of effective treatment plans

Candidate Requirements:

• Possession of a graduate medical degree (MD, MBBS, or DO)
• Demonstrated clinical experience is mandatory
• Legally authorized to work in New York State (e.g., active work visa, U.S. citizenship, etc.)
• Proficiency in the use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Please do not apply if you are unable to see at least 25 -30 visits per day
• High degree of motivation with a continuous willingness to learn
• Fluency in English is required
