About the Role
Are you passionate about transforming the way children receive mental health care? We're looking for dedicated pediatric clinical therapists to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health support to children (ages 0-14) and their families. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality teletherapy to children, parents, and families.
Utilize evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP).
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for intake assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Participate in weekly case reviews and team meetings to ensure high standards of care.
Who You Are
A master's-level therapist independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
Have at least 1 year of independent clinical experience working with children and families using evidence-based practices.
Comfortable with technology and interested in integrating digital tools into therapy.
Not opted out of Medicare.
Passionate about providing accessible, high-quality mental health services in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week) remote role.
To best accommodate families, at least 80% of your sessions should be scheduled during one of the following:
Weekdays (M-F): 3 PM - 8 PM PST
Saturdays: 8 AM - 4 PM PST
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: $103,000 - $120,000 per year (based on schedule)
