We are currently seeking a part-time PT for our Glendale clinic location. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, allowing you to work as many or as few hours as you wish, on a schedule that works for you.
Role Overview:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat physical conditions, illnesses, and injuries to reduce pain, develop or restore function, and maintain maximum performance
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to address areas of need using evidenced-based approaches and individualized therapeutic strategies
Closely monitor and document progress, adjusting intervention as necessary to support optimal outcomes
Engage parents and caregivers in the therapeutic process, providing education and resources to support the client's progress and development
Collaborate with a team of professionals, including speech-language and physical therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care
Complete succinct documentation of services in a timely manner
Provide high-quality mentorship and supervision of students and assistants, as needed
Requirements:
Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from an accredited college or university
Active physical therapy license via the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy
Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Experience or interest in early intervention and treating developmental disabilities
Passion for continuous learning and development of professional skills and knowledge
Positive and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience or interest in feeding intervention is strongly preferred, but not required
Bilingualism is a plus!

Working Conditions:
This position requires intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting. In addition, this position may include working closely with clients who have mental, physical, and/or behavioral diagnoses and may be verbally or physically combative.
