Job Title: Office Coordinator (Hybrid Role – Holland & Muskegon) Location: * Initial Training Location: Holland, MI (required for 60–90 days) * Primary Work Location (Post-Training): Muskegon, MI * Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday | On-call rotation included Company Overview:Continuum Home Health Care is a mission-driven home care agency committed to providing personalized, compassionate care that allows individuals to remain safely and independently in their homes. Position Summary:We’re seeking a dynamic Office Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting both internal teams and client operations. This is a hybrid role that requires the selected candidate to work on-site in our Holland office for 60–90 days as part of a hands-on training and onboarding period. Upon successful completion of this phase, the position will transition to our Muskegon location to take on a leadership support role within that office. Key Responsibilities: * Support caregiver on-boarding and scheduling coordination * Manage incoming calls and client inquiries with professionalism * Assist in staffing shifts and maintaining caregiver availability * Maintain accurate records and update client documentation * Oversee compliance tasks, such as audits and tracking certifications * Communicate effectively between departments and with leadership * Participate in weekly office meetings and contribute to operational improvements * Coordinate supplies, office functions, and general administrative duties * Participate in the on-call rotation: one evening per week and one weekend per month to help address urgent scheduling or client needs Required Skills & Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in office coordination, scheduling, or administrative roles * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent verbal and written communication * Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, scheduling software (AxisCare a plus), and CRM tools * Must be flexible, adaptable, and a quick learner * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion * Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to Holland for the training period * Must be open and committed to completing 60–90 days of training in Holland before transitioning to Muskegon * Willingness and reliability to participate in scheduled on-call coverage Preferred Qualities: * Experience in the home care or healthcare industry * Bilingual in Spanish a plus * Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented * Takes initiative and thrives in a team environment Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) * Paid time off and holidays * Performance-based bonuses * Medical, vision, and general insurance coverage * Professional development and training * Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing agency * Supportive team culture and leadership accessibility
