Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) Specialist to support data cleanup, automation, and system integration initiatives. This role will focus on opportunity closeout automation, account and contact data quality improvements, and seamless integration between Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Business Central .

Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Management & Automation

  • Design and implement an automation solution to mass close out 2024 and prior opportunities based on quote status.
  • Analyze existing opportunity and quote data to define closeout rules and exception handling.
  • Ensure automation aligns with Dynamics 365 best practices and reporting requirements.

Account & Contact Data Cleanup

  • Audit, cleanse, and normalize Account and Contact data within Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Update and correct data using ZoomInfo or similar third-party data enrichment tools.
  • Identify, merge, and prevent duplicate Accounts and Contacts , maintaining data integrity and relationships.
  • Establish ongoing data governance and quality controls.

Business Central Integration

  • Automate the addition of 232 Accounts from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central into Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement .
  • Configure and maintain data mappings between Business Central and Customer Engagement.
  • Ensure newly added accounts are accurately mapped and assigned to the appropriate Account Executives .
  • Validate data synchronization and resolve integration errors or discrepancies.

System Optimization & Documentation

  • Leverage tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse to streamline workflows.
  • Document processes, automations, and data models for long-term maintainability.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement .
  • Strong knowledge of opportunity management, account/contact data models, and security roles .
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate and CRM automation at scale.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 Business Central with Customer Engagement.
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar data enrichment platforms.
  • Strong data management, data quality, and duplicate resolution expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (CRM, Power Platform, or Business Central).
  • Experience with Dataverse , APIs, or custom connectors.
  • Background supporting Sales or Revenue Operations teams.
