A facility in Oneida, NY is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for residents at their Rehabilitation and Extended Care Facility. Must have NYS License. Must have 2 years experience. BLS Required. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily care of residents in collaboration with the Unit Manager and under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and Physician. You will oversee the activities performed by CNAs and Ward Clerks on the unit and use excellent judgment to make independent decisions when necessary while staying in close communication with the Registered Nurse and other supervisors. The ideal candidate will have a customer service attitude when interacting with residents and families as well as an excellent work ethic and highly-developed communications skills.
