About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Handles ticket support for all IT requests.

• Technical support for computer hardware, software, and specialized mainframe technology or operates a multi- platform.

• Administer user accounts, sets up and configures desktop computers, and accounts assigning security level.

• Installs software and tests programs within guidelines.

• Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action and escalates to other technical resources when needed.

• Maintains, updates systems, databases and other web tools as assigned by the IT Manager.

• Willing to render overtime in case if needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related course and experience

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 applications

• Knowledgeable in Computer and Technology support

• Good communication skills

• Experience IT/Network Administrator or similar

• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude

• Strong work ethic – must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Great attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
