Salary: $88,000 - 128,000 per year Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Conversational AI Engineer specializing in IBM WatsonX Orchestrate technologies
- Strong understanding of conversational flow design and optimization
- Proficiency in integrating enterprise data sources for context-aware responses
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, UI/UX, and backend teams
- Familiarity with user-centric design principles and scalable solution development
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities: - Design and implement conversational AI workflows to enhance user interactions
- Optimize existing conversational flows for improved user engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and influence product features
- Integrate various data sources to ensure accurate and relevant responses
- Ensure the delivery of trustworthy and efficient solutions
- Participate in the testing and refinement of the AI platform to enhance user experience
