Chick-fil-A Palm Coast & Seminole Woods

Position Type

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • On-site role supporting two Chick-fil-A locations
  • Occasional availability for weekends, events, or hiring initiatives

Typical Work Schedule

  • Monday–Saturday, with flexibility based on hiring needs and team support
  • Some evenings or weekends may be required for orientations, job fairs, or special initiatives

What You’ll Do

Recruiting & Hiring Support

  • Manage full-cycle hiring including job postings, application review, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain active candidate pipelines and support community recruiting efforts
  • Ensure all hiring documentation, background checks, and onboarding timelines are completed accurately

Onboarding & Orientation

  • Lead new hire orientation and ensure a strong, consistent first impression
  • Ensure Pathway training is assigned and completed within required timelines
  • Support leaders during onboarding and early development stages

Team Member Support & Retention

  • Serve as a dependable point of contact for team member questions related to uniforms, direct deposit, and benefits
  • Conduct check-ins to support morale and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Partner with Culture and Training leaders to improve engagement, feedback, and retention

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain organized digital employee files and HR systems
  • Support time punch edits, documentation, and consistent recordkeeping
  • Assist with employee relations conversations using professionalism and discretion
  • Maintain labor law postings, minor work waivers, incident reports, and compliance documentation

Benefits & Payroll Support

  • Assist with insurance enrollment, PTO tracking, and benefits communication
  • Support payroll accuracy and employee changes
  • Assist with 401(k) updates and annual census reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations preferred
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with Chick-fil-A values or systems is a plus
