Role: Help desk support

Job Description:
2-3 yrs of help desk experience but open to more junior/entry level for great candidates
- They are going to be unsupervised except for a peer; so they need to be able to work independently and have great discipline, motivation, accountability, and communication skills
- Experience working with leadership; ceo; executives etc.
- Tier 1-2 help desk
- Examples:
- Working with ipads / iOS
- IOS and Intune for mobile device management
- Windows 11
- Office 365
- Password resets
- Account creations
- Active directory
- Chance to grow into system administrator if they want to
- Ios is not necessarily a requirement; they can learn it. Its more of a big plus
- Would be open to someone who is smart and is changing careers early on
- 5x onsite; some flexibility once you earn it
- Sharepoint is a plus
- - Respond to service desk calls and lobby walk-ins
- - Handle package pickup and distribution
- - Manage inventory ordering and stocking
- - Create, respond to, and manage support tickets
- - Reset passwords and perform basic troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 Suite, Windows, and network
- - Set up iPads, iPhones, and assist with hardware refreshes
- -Hardware diagnostics and parts replacement
- -Laser printer support and toner change
- -Windows 11, Office 365, other user applications support
- - Perform basic computer moves, adds, and changes
- Network Connectivity
- - Escalate issues to IT Support Specialist II as needed
- -Other duties as assigned
