Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, has an exciting & meaningful opportunity for a Well-Being Director at our site located in Bentonville, AR. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of Whole Health programs including (but not limited to) family and community building events, workshops, mindfulness activities and "Taking Charge." Also maintains expertise in the ability to consult on a wide range of complementary and integrative health practices and initiatives that include health coaching, nutrition, mindfulness, stress reduction, movement, community resources, and complementary approaches. Coordinates program planning and delivery in collaboration with client and site stakeholders; ensures full integration throughout all lines of client business. Responsible for the execution and delivery of Whole Health programs including (but not limited to) family and community building events, workshops, mindfulness activities and "Taking Charge." Also maintains expertise in the ability to consult on a wide range of complementary and integrative health practices and initiatives that include health coaching, nutrition, mindfulness, stress reduction, movement, community resources, and complementary approaches. Coordinates program planning and delivery in collaboration with client and site stakeholders; ensures full integration throughout all lines of client business. **Key Accountabilities:** + Oversees all programming within the Whole Health business unit and develops, manages, implements, and evaluates programs within whole health to maximize participation, outcomes and customer satisfaction and supervision of programs, services, and staff.  + Interacts directly with client representatives and works to support the greater Whole Health and Well-Being vision. + Facilitates the close alignment of programs with the client's business needs employee culture and corporate health strategies. Coordinates marketing of programs to maximize outreach and engagement; develops and distributes electronic and print promotional materials to communicate program offerings and special events.  + Oversees the scheduling, engagement, delivery of all Whole Health programming and supervision of instructors delivering Whole Health programming.  Integrates effectively and seamlessly with Walton Family Whole Health Facility partners, community, and client resources to maximize program exposure. + Support for the business plan where it applies to whole health and the on-going training of staff. + Other duties as needed/assigned. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Minimum 5 years related industry experience in program management, wellness, health improvement or related environment. + Demonstrated experience in the areas of program development and implementation, and data collection. + Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion, Whole Health, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Health Education, or related field. + Two or more years of experience in delivery and coordination of corporate-based health promotion/education programs, or equivalent combination of education or related experience. + Experience in the areas of health promotion, health education, health coaching, nutrition, mindfulness as related to program design, program delivery, implementation, and evaluation. + Ability and willingness to travel as needed. **Preferred:** + Nutrition certification or Movement Training System (MTS) certification and continuing education in stretch/flexibility/recovery.  + Certified Health Education Specialist, wellness coaching, or whole health certification. + Health Coaching certified. + Current OSHA compliant Adult First Aid/CPR/AED. + Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint; and working knowledge of the member management system, databases, and tools.  + Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others.  + Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands, meet deadlines, and collaborate with all business units. + Proven experience in program planning, program design, implementation, and evaluation.
