💼 Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality social media visuals: infographics, carousels, and cheat sheets
• Edit short- and long-form videos using voiceovers or talking-heads footage
• Add captions, transitions, effects, and music to optimize engagement
• Repurpose core content into different platform-specific formats
• Maintain and improve our visual style guide
• Stay up to date with social media trends and format updates
• Meet weekly content volume targets with precision and speed
• Work closely with the content and scripting team to turn sketches into polished visuals

💡 Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio showcasing carousels, infographics, and short-form video content
• Proficiency in Canva (used daily), with flexibility to use Figma, Illustrator, or Photoshop
• Knowledge of best practices in social media design and aspect ratios
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Video editing experience with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
• Ability to simplify complex topics through clear, engaging visuals
• Comfortable working independently and delivering work quickly
