Job Summary: Triple D’s Janitorial Services is seeking dependable and detail-oriented
Cleaning Technicians to join our Fayetteville-based team. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for businesses.
Schedule: Must be flexible with hours
Monday – Friday (5 days/week)
On-site
Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, residential, or housekeeping cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (travel between job sites may be required)
- Flexibility in working hours is required
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal)
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Restock paper products and cleaning supplies
- Ensure all assigned areas meet company standards
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with team leads and clients as needed
