Lead BOH operations with confidence and positivity
Support menu development grounded in nutrition + cultural flavor
Help build systems, SOPs, and training tools for scale
Oversee ordering, costing, inventory, scheduling, and recipe management
Mentor and develop the kitchen team
Bring opening experience to help us launch successfully
3 years in a leadership role
Opening experience preferred
Strong admin + operational skills
Passion for healing, wellness, flavor, and culture
Strong communication + leadership abilities
