Summary

The Executive Recruiter plays a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier executive talent across global functions. This role is responsible for building robust pipelines of passive candidates, leveraging market intelligence, and partnering closely with Manager Executive Recruitment, HR Business Partners and senior business leaders to support strategic hiring initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

Sourcing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement scalable sourcing strategies to identify and engage executive-level talent.
  • Create and maintain talent maps for key competitors and industry segments.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Provide direct sourcing support for critical executive searches, including initial candidate engagement and assessment.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with executive recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand talent gaps and role requirements.
  • Share market insights and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions and diversity strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing efforts with broader talent acquisition goals.

Candidate Experience & Pipeline Management

  • Ensure a high-touch candidate experience through personalized outreach and timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of sourcing activity and candidate engagement in ATS/CRM systems.
  • Build long-term relationships with executive talent for current and future opportunities.

Data & Market Intelligence

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to guide sourcing strategies and diversity recruiting goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and sourcing innovations to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.

This person will spend most of his/her time searching for candidates for current Director+ openings and building a pipeline of candidates for future openings. Expectations are for this person to use persuasion, listening, and project coordination skills to successfully source and recruit for 10-15 open positions at any time on a national level across a variety of business units as appropriate. 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a focus on executive-level talent.
  • Proven success in identifying and activating passive candidates across multiple functions.
  • Advanced proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Gem) and ATS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage with senior-level professionals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling outreach messaging.
  • Ability participate in multiple projects, priorities, and client groups, manage timelines, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ability to work with diverse and remote teams located across time zones.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to research best practices and network internally and externally.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in executive search or in-house executive recruiting.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.

What You’ll Receive:

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $110,000 to $125,000. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan. (*see below for list of states to include this wage transparency statement)
