We are in search of a Patient Care Specialist to join our clinical team. Your positive outlook and love of customer service will be essential. Responsibilities include:

• Greet all patients and their escorts/family members when they arrive
• Check patients in; confirming treatment/appointment type; notify back office when the patient has arrived
• Create patient profiles for new patients; verify all documentation and collect payments
• Answer phone calls from patients and referring doctors; confirming appointments and answering questions

Qualifications:

• Willing to travel for training
• Attention to detail
• Professional and positive attitude and desire to grow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with interruptions and manage multiple priorities
• Must be proficient in typing
• Have good computer skills
• Able to retain information in a quick paced office
• Myst be able to multitask
• Ability to verify insurance eligibility
• Knowledge of dental coverages
• Able to present treatment plan to patients
• Follow up with pending treatment
• Have excellent presentation skills
• Must be well-dressed and polished
