HIRING FOR A REMOTE ESTIMATOR FOCUSED ON SPORTS COMPLEX PROJECT!! Estimator - Commercial Construction

Location: Hybrid (NYC-based office)

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled REMOTE Estimator to join our leading construction consulting team. This role involves preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for large-scale commercial projects, including stadiums, arenas, and sports training facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, industry experience, and the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive estimates including quantity take-offs, material pricing, labor rates, and equipment costs.
• Define and quantify scopes of work for conceptual, budgetary, and construction cost estimates.
• Analyze historical data and compile reports to support future estimating efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to project planning and management.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction estimating.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience estimating large-scale commercial projects (stadiums, arenas, training facilities).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles and project management.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Revit and commercial construction workflows.
• PMP certification.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $90.00/hr.
