Job Description

A leading CPA firm in the San Jose, CA area is seeking a Tax Manager to join their dynamic team. Known for their stability and growth, this firm provides clients with top-notch tax expertise. With recent expansions, they are looking for a Tax Manager to contribute to their motivated team. The firm is dedicated to valuing its employees, offering limited busy season hours and paying overtime. As a smaller firm with about 40 team members, they foster excellent culture with great work/life balance!

Consideration will be given for onsite, hybrid or fully remote for the right candidate!

Tax Manager Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of highly motivated professionals
* Deliver tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse range of clients
* Drive business development initiatives

Tax Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
CPA
5+ years of proven experience in public accounting
Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service

Tax Manager Compensation:

$125-160,000
Excellent benefits package
