Are you a Commercial Lines Producer?

Our client is looking to fill a Commercial Lines Producer role within their growing business.

(Must have 5+ years' experience selling middle/large market and be comfortable with sourcing your own leads.)

This is a base salary plus commission opportunity with unlimited earning potential.

Commercial Lines Producer - Job Duties:

- Prospect, develop, propose, and bind new business

- Oversee all aspects of your new clients with the assigned account manager

- Drive and support cross-selling strategies for existing clients, as well as new relationships

- Renew existing clients every year

- Actively pursue new client prospects through telemarketing, networking, and personal referrals

- Assist in the collection of required coverage information and necessary deposit and renewal premiums

- Maintain the proper documentation for existing and prospective clients

- Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures

- Attend continuing education courses

- Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality

Commercial Lines Producer - Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)

- Property & Casualty License

- 5+ years' experience in a sales-related capacity

- Computer Proficiency

- Strong financial aptitude

- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
