Job Description

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Dementia & Parkinson's Experience Location: Fairfax and Loudoun Counties, VA Salary: $18-$20 per hour Experience Required: Minimum 4 years Mandatory: Applicants must have clean driving record and clean background check Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to individuals with dementia and Parkinson’s disease.
Assist with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
Help clients with mobility and transfer, ensuring safety and comfort.
Monitor and document patients' health conditions, including physical well-being.
Support with medication reminders and encourage patient participation in physical therapy exercises.
Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the office to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Must speak English as a secondary language, if not primary
Current CNA certification in the state of Virginia.
At least 4 years of experience working with dementia and Parkinson’s patients.
Reliable transportation to commute to client locations in Fairfax and Loudoun counties.
CPR and First Aid certification
