What You'll Do:

  • Actively impact resident-centered care plans while ensuring all clinical standards are met and align with Assisted Living Regulations and the current standard of care.
  • Monitor and ensure that all nursing tasks are performed as directed in the service plan and will play an active role in the onboarding process for Nurses and Resident Assistants. 
  • Support, mentor, and guide the clinical teams at the SilverCrest Campuses in the Twin Cities

What You'll need:

  • Current Minnesota Registered Nursing license
  • Minimum of three years of leadership experience in an assisted living or related health care field
  • CPR Certification is required
