About SportsCare and Armworks Physical and Hand Therapy:

Armworks Hand Therapy was started in 2006 by certified hand therapist, Ryan Glover, with a goal to provide caring and excellent therapy to the elbow, wrist and hand. Our team of therapists focus on being educators, coaches and guides so that our patients have a positive experience during their hand therapy journey. In addition, we enjoy team collaboration through regular in-services where we share case studies and treatment ideas to grow as therapists and to give our patients the best outcomes.

We are excited to have joined with SportsCare Physical Therapy in 2024 to form SportsCare and Armworks Physical and Hand Therapy. We now provide a cohesive and comprehensive OT and PT treatment approach to 7 clinic locations in the Portland, Oregon area that is 90 team members strong!

Job Description



We Are Seeking:

SportsCare and Armworks Hand Therapy is looking for a dedicated and motivated individual with an enthusiastic attitude to join our team as a Certified Hand Therapist in our Beaverton clinic location for immediate hire.

You will have the chance to work and collaborate daily with four other hand therapists in the clinic. We offer 45-minute one-on-one treatment sessions, approximately 11 treatments per day. Additionally, a dedicated charting and planning slot is included in your schedule. We treat post-traumatic, surgical, and repetitive strain injuries of the elbow, wrist and hand.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA or APTA curriculum.
  • Current state of OR license, current CHT license, CPR certification.
  • Experience in splinting preferred.
  • Being a therapist who is a coach, guide, and educator for their patients.
  • Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone who enters the clinic.
  • A passion for occupational therapy, hand therapy, and patient care.
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic and multi-therapist team environment.
