**Position**: Menswear Sales Executive

**Reports to**: Store Manager / Sales Manager
**Salary**: 15K to 18K
JD - We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Menswear Sales Executive to join our retail team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience tailored to men’s fashion. A passion for menswear, styling, and trend awareness is essential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet and assist customers with product selection and styling advice.
* Maintain expert-level knowledge of men’s fashion trends, fits, and fabrics.
* Drive sales to meet or exceed individual and store targets.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
* Handle billing, POS operations, and returns efficiently.
* Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and stock area.
* Stay up to date with product knowledge, offers, and promotions.
* Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
**Key Requirements:**
* Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience in fashion (menswear preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passionate about men’s fashion and styling.
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Basic computer knowledge (POS systems).
* Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
* High school diploma; a degree in fashion or retail management is a plus.
