Xtreme Recovery is looking for a repossession agent / tow truck driver that can work independently without supervision and that possesses a strong work ethic. The job is based upon recove r y. Pay and incentive will be discussed upon hire. Training is available upon hiring. We are an equal opportunity employer. Willing to train the right person.
Job locations available in Midland / Odessa TX area and Hobbs NM
Must have:
A clean driving record
Active TDLR license
Able to pass a drug test
CARS Certified and/or Completion upon hiring
Experience in RDN/Clearplan And / Or repossession programs
Flexibility and working days/nights/weekends
Have basic computer skills
Have basic mechanical ability
Be able to handle stress and multiple priorities with a level head and professionalism
